Is 31 old?
Props go out to Peetey today who is 31. Wow, man I can't believe we are this old. It is like our lives are over and we might as well do the whole "work till I die or retire" thing. It is interesting. For the first 18 years we played and wanted to be grown up and now for the next 30 years we will be grown up and want to play. Then when we retire we get to do both, if we are lucky. I suppose that is what our lives are about - retiring. However, I can see vacations and stuff as being worthwhile. That lets you recharge your batteries. You know I bet vacations while working are more fun than being retired. Hmm, more tests.

Wow, this blog is really a day behind. The birthday was no big deal. It was just another day. Work was as hard as it always is. We did the same stuff at home as we usually do. I thought it would hurt when I hit 30, but it didn't, so 31 was no big thing. I'm not looking forward to 40, though. Mr. T is right behind me with the impending birthday next week...and young Brian will be 31 in May. I still feel like I did at 22 or 23....just more bills and responsibilities.
