People at work are talking about how today's date adds up to 13 as well
as is Friday the 13th. 10/13/2006 = 1+1+1+3+2+6 = 13. The last time this
occurred was in 1520. I then determined that it was either 1/13/1520 or
10/13/1520, but knew it had to also take place on a Friday. Therefore
1/13/1520 was the last date like this. The real question is, what does
it mean in binary digits? 13 is actually 1101 in binary, which is
actually 11/01 which is November 1st. The last time November 1st
occurred was almost a year ago, which means that November 1st is the
Friday the 13th for computers. I highly advise people not turn on their
computers November 1st. You never know.
