WU

This weekend I went to the "webamaster jam session" at a Dallas
convention center. Yes I actually paid money to see this thing.
Basically it was a bunch of presentations made by famous web
designers. There is a classification on the web world. A designer is
someone who works on graphics, look and feel of a website. A
developer, which is what I am, makes it work. This conference gave me
ideas for my current project, like the psychology of color and how to
position elements using Cascading style sheets. Anyway, it was
informative. On Sunday I went to Holly's family reunion in Ft.Worth.
It was interesting and I talked with her family members. Right now we
are trying to decide what to do with Holly's car because it is
unreliabe and I don't want her driving to the hood of Dallas with it.
So I am trying to figure out if we should by a restored car from her
uncle, a used car, or even a new car. We'd rather concentate on
savings than a car, so it is all up I'm the air. For now I am driving
her car until we get it fixed. Anyway, how was your weekend?

Comments:
We didn't do too much on Friday night...played with the kido....watched a movie...played computer. On Saturday, we went to my nephews 6th birthday at a roller skating ring. I didn't know people still skated, but apparently the kids still love it. My 4 year old had a blast. We got home after 9PM, so Saturday night was a short repeat of Friday night. On Sunday, my parents stopped by on their way out of town and we had lunch with them, then we proceeded to Target for weekly shopping. My kid cleaned up on Barbie dolls, and of coarse Dad had to get a Star Wars trinket. Sunday night, I watched a little of the 3-0 Cowboys, but focused my time on the season premiere of Family Guy, which was all about Star Wars....pretty funny.

Brian.... I can get you a good deal on Daimler-Crysler-Benz Products... Let me know.. We could get you or Holly a nice regular car (doesn't have to be a Benz, lol)... I finally bought a new TV from the Home Theater Store.. 57" Mitsubishi WideScreen 1080p HDTV. It is projection but I saved 800 bucks off their asking price and I can put the other half of the money on bills...
