Deal Wars
This weekend was my last festival for a while. It was at the heard
museum in McKinney. It was pretty much a family affair. This time I
gave away almost all of the t-shirts. People become walking
advertisements when they wear them. It wasn't the best festival I have
done, but hearing "what a good idea" for the hundredth time feels
good. RideSearch has surpassed more of the competition. Go to google
and type in carpool. You will see us on the first page out of 3.3
million pages. Now that IMO is success. In other news, I have been
exhausted recently probably from all that is happening. I need to
start the ole exercise routine back up. This time I am just going to
walk. However I have been thinking about getting a bicycle. We'll see.
In other news I saw deal or no deal with all of the Star Wars
characters last night. I wonder how much money they paid for that one.
I just can't get that excited about selecting random numbers. It's
almost as if Howie held his hand behind his back and said "guess which
number I am holding up, just guess, it could be worth a million
dollars, after this commercial."

I also watched Deal or No Deal. It is mindless luck but always fun to watch. Carrie Fisher showed up for the first half and, as always, sounded like she had indigestion every time she spoke. She's a little bitter about the whole Star Wars thing being a success, because she signed away her likeness to Uncle George back in 1977. In short, she accepted a small lump sum for all the toys that she represents (Princess Leia), instead of being a little more patient, like Ewan Mcgregor, who receives royalties for every Episode I, II, or III Obi-Wan figure or toy that is purchased. Oh well, she's making out OK.
Things are good on my end.
