3 Parties, 2 Football Games, 1 Tired Person
And now that I am exhausted it is time for the week. On Friday we went to one of Holly's coworkers housewarming party 45 minutes away near White Rock Lake. As the husband, I know no one. So I talk with a couple of people and take a tour of the house. The women there is an artist and it makes me think about taking an art class. I need to be able to draw people hugging for a project and I am not really an artist. On Saturday I watched Texas Tech get one step closer to number 1. I then went to a comic con with Peetey. We saw Bruce Campbell, the guy from Bubba Hotep and Army of Darkness talk. He was pretty funny. Someone's cell phone went off and he said, "give it to me." and proceeded to tell the guy's wife she'll never see her husband again. I got a Star Trek t-shirt and a dvd of the cartoon series of Pac Man. Saturday night we went over to a friends birthday party. I ended up playing Axis and Allies the whole night. Sunday I slept in, oops, while Holly went to her chemistry class review. I then watched the Cowboys actually win. Then we went to another BBQ 30 minutes away for Holly's old Sunday school class. Now I am at work and just found out I will be given another project to do so if the current one ends I will be able to continue working here. And I am tired. How was your weekend?

Our weekend went pretty well. I had borrowed Brian's Force unleashed for the Wii on Wednesday. I wasn't able to try it out till Friday night. I got past the first level when the wife walked in. She had heard me talk about the game and she wanted to try it. To make a long story short, I didn't get to play it again for 5 hours. I think she likes it.
On Saturday, Brian and I went to Star Wars Fan Days II in Plano. As he said, we got to see some of the Bruce Campbell panel. Later, we saw the Clone Wars panel and saw some of the voice actors from the show. We sat through 30 minutes of that and then decided we'd had enough. We did get some interesting pics of us with people in costumes (Elvis Trooper, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and Ghostbusters). On Saturday night, the wife and I watched the DVD for the new Incredible Hulk movie with Edward Norton.
We didn't do much on Sunday, other than house work. All in all, it was a very nice weekend. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
