Candy Conquerors Can Conquer Candy
Welcome to fat season. Beware candy in every other cubicle. Tempting, yummy, candy. I often wonder how thin people can eat candy and hamburgers and stuff when I eat the same stuff and it goes to my belly. I am currently conquering lunch since I have already conquered breakfast. That seems to be working a little. The problem is all this candy around... Once I have been successful I will write a book - "The picky man's guide to losing weight." I think there is a good market for it since most diet books are made for women who eat vegetables. There are 2 properties of any meal - quality and quantity. Most diet foods are low in both, which makes them unappealing to the picky man. A successful conquering of lunch has only one of them. Mine is high quality low quantity. It's like what would I rather have for lunch, 1 gallon of salad, or 1 slice of pizza. I'd go for the pizza any day. I just have to quit being hungry, that is when all this candy becomes enticing, candy candy candy. Halloween candy. Candy corn. M&M's, and my favorite Twix. Gotta go cube patrolling....
