Time to go Back to Work
So I have not done anything with RideSearch since I started back to work. I guess I kind of got burned out on it, working for 2 months straight on tasks that are forgettable. The funny thing is a couple of days before I went back to work I finally got the vision of how I can make RideSearch extremely profitable. So yesterday in talking with my CFO half brother he said that he has a connection that may be able to get me some working capital, as long as I give up my CEO role. This is a good thing and it inspires me.
See, I know that my vision of the future is not accomplishable by myself. I need other people to help. There is no way I can maintain a national company that could bring in a hundred thousand a month. And I definitely don't have the CEO experience and connections that can garner investors. However I make a good CIO or CTO. We shall see what happens. All I know is, it is time to get back on the RideSearch wagon. I made a deal with myself that I need 10,000 members by the end of the year. I've got more than 8000 members, and membership rates are declining because of gas prices and my not pouring in ad money like before. So its time to spread the word. Save money, carpool!
