So since guys night was last night I shall now talk about what goes on at "guys night". I think in all of my blogging it is always referred to but never talked about. Guys night started in 1999 when Peetey and Mr.T moved close to me in the Dallas area. Guys night typically takes place on a Wednesday night and Peetey, Mr.T and sometimes Benz comes over. We then go out one of our preffered restaurants: CiCi's, Chili, China Dragon, Hooters, Bone Daddy's, and recently Spring Creek BBQ. Last night we went to Chili's. We usually chat about nerdy things. Like last night it was the new Star Trek movie even though I have yet to see it. We talk about Smallville and other favorite TV shows. If you have seen the Big Bang Theory TV show that is basically us. And yes, the guys do keep me in check on my blog boastings. Then afterwords we usually go to a store like Best Buy, Borders, Walmart, Movie Trading Company, Petco or Target. Usually I am the only one who gets something. Last night we did go to Movie Trading Company since we hadn't been there in a while. Then after that we return to my house. Peetey and I usually play Wii Tennis and Wii Bowling. Mr.T usually goes home early. And that is about it. Guys night. Some questions come up - will we keep doing it when the kid is born? My gut says Yes. Really most of our time is spent out and about so not much needs to change. I think all of the guys see a need for male bonding or a "bromance" as the wife says. I hate that term. There will always be a need to take a break from something. Gooo Guys Night.
