Since yesterday was our anniversary I surprised Holly with flowers when I came home. I made sure to get some pink ones cause that is her favorite color. In it I had a card that said "on Friday, prepare for a team of maids to come and clean the whole house up." That is a nice practical gift. We had Nikki come over to babysit so last night we went out to a Brazilian Churascura called Texas De Brazil. It is very similiar to Rafain's. The flavor is good too. Their filet wrapped in bacon is tops. I always liked the house special - which is garlic picanyha. I had an anniversary coupon for a free meal so it was a no brainer. I still felt full this morning. It was good.

As part of our current couples study we had homework to go through the alphabet and compliment each other. Like she would say you are very altruistic. Then I would say you are very beautiful and so on. It is good to compliment each other. I know for some reason we never got many compliments growing up, so we are learning how to do it now. I think the art of the compliment is a lost art. We should bring it back.

Afterwards we watched our wedding video and honeymoon video. It is weird to think that we got married only 3 years ago. So much has happened since then. RideSearch was released and we went to LA to promote it while I got on TV. Then we both got new cars when ours died. Holly got her masters degree. Then we had Brennon. Then we got a new house. I think our lives have went from kind of wishy washy to being really defined in these past three years. There will still be some changes in the future, but hopefully we will be through with the big ones soon.

Our wedding was huge. In the video it was good to see my cousins and family that I haven't seen in a while. It is amazing how many people we had at the wedding and even in the wedding. Funny parts of the wedding include Emma swinging around during the ceremony and Tommy having a plastic snake with him. At the reception the band was top notch. The food was great. The cake was awesome. Everyone had a good time. Our honeymoon was terrific as well. At a five star hotel in Maui it was paradise. We chilled alot and just enjoyed the scenery. I told Holly if we went back with Brennon things would be different. Brennon would be wanting to move around and keep us busy. It would still be fun though. Times have changed. But we are still the same.
