So today is Hawaiian shirt day. I decided to wear my coolest shirt ever - the Jimi Hendrix picture shirt. For those who have seen it you know how cool it is. Of course everyone else was wearing Hawaiian shirts. Seeing as how I don't own one this will have to suffice. Also it is pot luck day. Now most pot lucks around here are really bad. People bring in healthy stuff and stuff with seasonings on it. There is not much selection. So I said, why not bring something I can eat? So before the pot luck I went to McDonalds and got 40 nuggets. Let me just say they are all gone now, although I probably at 6 of them. At least people bring cookies to those things.

So how is my weight and health? I would say they are the same. Of course I did get tired in the afternoons and on the drive home till I discovered the joys of Red Bull, although last night at 4AM I awoke with a caffiene headache. My diet has been working for a whole year now. That is a big acheivement. I have not gained any weight in a whole year. That was my goal. It was easy to obtain and has served me well. I could probably stay like this for the rest of my life. I don't need to go worrying about my weight and go trying all these weird diets. I just need to be happy with it all. I realize there are some health implications, but being able to maintain more important than losing in my opinion.

Anyways, life is good. Got a great wife and great kid on my hands. In a week will be our 3 year anniversery. What is that one? Tin foil?
